Founded in 2003 as part of the AJ Group of Companies, Emirates Pallet Factory LLC (EPF) has established itself as a leading manufacturer of wooden pallets and packaging solutions in the UAE and Gulf region. With more than two decades of industry experience, we have built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective pallet solutions that meet international standards.
Located in Dubai Industrial Park, our factory covers 500,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of producing 3.6 million pallets annually. Our advanced auto-nailing production lines allow us to manufacture 2-way and 4-way pallets in large volumes, ensuring both speed and precision.

Heat Treatment
We operate state-of-the-art heat treatment kilns, certified and approved by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change & Environment (License No: AE-001), making us one of the first and leading facilities in the region to provide this service.
Heat treatment is a mandatory process for wooden packaging materials used in international trade, ensuring compliance with the ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures). The process involves heating the wood to a core temperature of 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes, eliminating harmful pests and pathogens that could affect global ecosystems.
